Youth Investors Association (YIA) led by the Executive Chairman Joseph Mramba @josephmramba_ and the Membership and Policy Advocacy Officer Powell Maruma @powell.ok had the pleasure of meeting with the Directorate of Innovations and Entrepreneurship (DIEN) of the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM) @udsmofficial. The DIEN was led by Professor Lilian Kaale, the Director of DIEN and her esteemed team.
Our productive discussions spanned across multiple innovative ways of supporting the youth in Tanzania, and finding ways of collaboration between YIA and UDSM to increase the impact of our activities and support the youth development agenda of the government.
We thank the DIEN team for this opportunity, we hope to initiate and jointly organize several youth development projects in the future, starting with the Afro Asian Entrepreneurs Conference to be held at the University of Dar es Salaam on 25th and 26th of July this year.
