Strengthening Global Ties: YIA Partners with Xinhua News Agency at Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, Bureau.
We are glad to officially announce our cooperation with Xinhua News Agency, the official state news agency of the People’s Republic of China. Last week marked a historic step as we signed a cooperation agreement with the largest government media organ in China, joining hands under the Global South Joint Communication Partnership Program.
The Bureau Chief, Hua Hongli emphasized the growing prominence of the Global South in advancing human progress, highlighting the importance of amplifying its voice across political, economic, cultural, and social spheres. This partnership aims to foster wider dissemination of information and shed light on the critical issues facing Global South countries.
Our Executive Chairman @JosephMramba_, expressed his appreciation to Xinhua News Agency for joining hands and selecting Youth Investors Association (YIA) as among key partner in this impactful program. He noted that this collaboration not only strengthens the voice of the Global South but also contributes to the traditional friendship and diplomatic relations between Tanzania and China.
“As youth, we are the guiding force for change, we are the today’s hope, dream, and future of our nations. This partnership gives us the platform to drive meaningful dialogue and carry forward the longstanding friendship between our countries. We look forward to working together for a brighter, more prosperous future for all” said Mramba.
The signing occasion, held at Xinhua News Agency’s Dar es Salaam Bureau, was joined by YIA’s leadership, including the upcoming Acting Executive Director – Cliff Mwangosi, Administration Officer – Joel Thomas, and Media Officer – Vicent George.
